Do my drivers need to download an app?
No. Drivers open a link on their phone and log in; it works in any modern phone browser. They can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Where does the vehicle information come from?
When you add a registration, we look up the make, model and MOT history from the DVSA. MOT dates are refreshed every week. You add tax, insurance and service dates yourself, once.
Is my data kept private?
Each account is completely separate. Documents and photos are only shown to people logged in to your account, and everything is sent over a secure connection. See our privacy policy.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Download everything (vehicles, drivers, checks, costs and accidents) as spreadsheet files from Settings, any time. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
How do I get help?
Tap Help inside the app and tell us what you need. A real person replies, usually within one working day, and the answer appears right there in the app.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan to carry on. If you don't, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
